These terms are a practical working version for the new platform. They should be reviewed by a solicitor before the full public relaunch or before relying on them for disputes.

Who we are

Filming At My House is operated by Vendus Group Ltd trading as Filming At My House, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15997009.

Marketplace role

The platform helps production teams and property owners find each other, discuss location requirements and record booking details. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the agreement to provide access to a property is between the production team and the property owner.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. We may restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, contains false information or creates risk for other users.

Listings

Owners must provide accurate, current information about their property, access, restrictions, rates and availability. We may edit, reject, pause or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, unlawful or unsuitable for the marketplace.

Enquiries and bookings

A request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only agreed when the required parties have accepted the booking terms and any required payment step has been completed.

Fees and payments

The owner-agreed location fee is shown separately from any buyer booking fee. VAT may be added where required. Payment, payout and refund rules may vary by booking and will be shown during the booking process.

Production responsibilities

Production teams are responsible for making sure their shoot is lawful, properly insured, safe, and compliant with permissions, risk assessments, crew conduct, parking, noise, equipment and any owner rules.

Owner responsibilities

Owners are responsible for ensuring they can lawfully host a shoot, including checking mortgage, lease, insurance, planning, tax, safety and neighbour considerations where applicable.

Cancellations and disputes

Cancellation, refund and dispute handling depends on the confirmed booking terms and the circumstances. Keep key requirements and agreements inside the platform so there is a clear record.

Content and intellectual property

You must only upload content you have permission to use. By uploading listing text or photos, you allow us to display and promote that content for the purpose of operating Filming At My House.
